Art and Science Integration in Flagstaff

North Region Workshop — September 10, 2016

We invite you to join us for AAEA Art and Science Integration in Flagstaff

Ellen Fishel will host our event in beautiful Flagstaff.

In this workshop, we will examine the role of the art teacher in integrating other content areas, specifically science.  Hands on activities will provide examples of how to create a thematic unit that spans grade levels kindergarten through fifth grade.

This time of year it is a great opportunity to bring your family or make a weekend out of this workshop. The weather is perfect and the hiking is amazing. There may still be wild flowers or the leaves may be starting to change. We hope to see many of you in Northern AZ.

All materials and tools will be supplied for use in the workshop.

Lunch will be provided. If you have special dietary needs please bring your own meal/supplements.

We will issue 4 hours of professional development certificates online after you complete a survey about this workshop..
